We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Orders are dispatched from our facility in New Delhi. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at hello@reddyztatto.shop to discuss options.
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of order confirmation are as follows:

We offer the following shipping options:
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. For custom tattoo orders, processing may take an additional 2–4 business days as the design needs to be finalized and approved before production.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the shipping address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including the correct pin code and phone number. REDDY Z TATTO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@reddyztatto.shop or call +91 011-6338-3263.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs of the damaged package (if applicable). We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Cash on Delivery is available for orders within India. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹29 may be applied at checkout. COD orders are subject to address verification, and we reserve the right to convert a COD order to prepaid if verification fails.
